Observation OS-003

The Observations are Jim Dukes' ongoing study of quiet moments in the American South — dew before sunrise, weathered bark after rain, the texture of things most people walk past. Each print is made to hold still what usually disappears. Jim photographs from the field and the studio, working slowly and on his own, guided by what he calls "observation over spectacle." The OS (Observational Studies) and ES (Ephemeral South) prefixes mark each print's series within the larger body of work.

Prints are made to order by Printful, a professional print fulfillment partner, on archival paper sourced from Japan. Each print ships within 3–5 business days of your order. Allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. We ship globally. All sales are final on fine art prints; if your print arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at jimdukesstudio@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
